Who we are
Parkland is a private single family residential community at the Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Parkland Community consists of 320 homesites and 300+ custom built homes with amenities consisting of a 4000 sq/ft Owners' Clubhouse featuring a large swimming pool and sundeck, meeting room, card room, fitness room and fully equipped kitchen. Paved walking paths with park benches connect the community. Parkland is conveniently located just minutes from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Our neighborhood is an appealing blend of old-growth woodland, contrasting natural beauty and a complete experience in the game of golf. Residents, a mix of seasonal vacationers and full-timers, are the heart and soul of Parkland. In association with the developer, the POA Board and property owners work diligently to maintain high-quality standards, making Parkland one of the premiere communities on the "Grand Strand".
